The apartment is available all year round. It is only available Saturday to Saturday. However we may be able to accomodate other days but it may incur a small additional service charge. Please enquire for details and prices.

Terms and conditions
Our Frigiliana Heights apartment is strictly non-smoking.
The rental price includes:
- bedroom linen, kitchen and bathroom towels (changed weekly)
- final cleaning
- consumption of water, electricity
- use of the washing machine and iron
- Welcome Pack - Especially welcome if you arrive quite late! (only for stays of 7 days or more - or available on request for a small fee)
On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by midday. Later departure time may be available on enquiry.
Sorry! Pets are not welcome.
Not suitable for wheelchairs.
Guests are responsible for any damages etc to the house and furniture.
Payment Options
An additional £100 security/reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. The security deposit, which will be returned 10 days after your departure date, providing there is no damage to the property or contents The full balance is to be payable no later than six weeks prior to the date of arrival. Payments can be made via either, international bank transfer or personal cheque or by PayPal - note PayPal payments incur an additional 4% surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of a cancellation the security/reservation deposit is not refundable.
